This is the last Will and Testament
of me James Nutley of Number 142 Pimlico Road Chelsea in the County of Middlesex Whitesmith
Firstly I direct that all my just debts
funeral and other expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath unto my
dear Wife Catherine Nutley all my real and personal estate wheresoever
situate together with all interest in the leases of the houses 142 Pimlico
Road and 18 Turks Row both in the Parish of St. Lukes Chelsea
in the County of Middlesex and all the expectancy to arise therefrom to
and for her own sole and separate absolute use and benefit with
power to sell and dispose of the same as she may think fit and her
receipt or receipts shall be a sufficient discharge for all monies paid in
respect thereof
I nominate constitute and appoint my said dear Wife
Catherine Nutley sole Executrix of this my Will
And lastly revoking all
former Wills I declare this to be my last Will and Testament to which
I have hereunto set my hand this twenty sixth day of November 1877—

of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of
each other have hereunto subscribed our names and Witnesses—Charles

Proved at London 15th January 1878 by the Oath of Catherine
Nutley Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Admon was granted.—
