Will of John Harriman (abt.1663-1722)

In the name of God amen I John Harriman Junior of Hathorne in the County of Leicester Husbandman being indisposed as to health But yet of sound mind and considering the uncertainty of my mortality do make and appoint this my Last will and testament in manner and forme following first I shall and devise all my Personall estate and likewise mys halfe yardland to my welbeloved wife dureing her natural life and after her decease I give and bequeath to my son John all my personal estate excerting the Household goods sleave to the disposing of my wellbeloved wife my son John paying out of the personal estate to my Daughler Mary the sum of fifty pounds to be paide with in the space of one year after the decease of his mother I Give and bequeath to my son Thomas all that my halfe y ardland with the appurtenances to him and his heires and assignes for ever and of this my last will and reslament 9do make and appoint my dear and loving wife sole executrix and I do hereby revoke and make noi all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seall 21 July 1722 signed sealed deliver & published in the psents of is witnesses and in ye pressance of ye slestator John Spcrireman Nicholas Low John Berringson Jen.
