Grangee 16th June 1859.

In the name of God Amen S John Menagh of Grangee being weekly in body but of perfectly sound mind thanks be unto God do call to mind the mortality of my body; and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. That is to say in the first place and principally, & bequeath my soul to God and my body to the earth to be interred by decent Christran burial, As my Executors shall direct: knowing that I shall receive the same again by the Almighty power of God at the Resurrection. In the next place I bequeath unto My Son William Menagh all my Chattle property for which he agrees to pay me as Consideration money the sumo sixty pounds steeling and for which he has given me his security. In the third place I bequeath to my well beloved wife Mary Menah the sum of Ten pounds lawful Money of England On the Fourth place I bequeath to my well beloved daughter Isabella Menah the sum of Fifteen pounds, lawful Money of England, together with one bed bedstead and bedding one Folding Table and one corner Cupboard Fifthly O devise to my well beloved son George Menagh, the sum of Ten pounds stating lawful money of England For the sixth place I devise to my well beloved son Robert Menagh the sum of Five pounds sterling lawful Money of England And in the Seventhe place I bequeath unto My bon Samuel Menagh, the sum of Nine pounds sterling lawful Money of England And in the eighth place I devise to my well beloved daughter Agnes Menagh the sum of Five pounds lawful Money of England Ninethly I bequeath unto my well beloved son John Menah the sum of One pound Sterting English Money And lastly ordain order and allow that if my three sons George, Robert, and Samuel Menagh herein before mentioned and who are now abroad after being duly advised of My decease, do not claim their several legacies within the space of two full years after my decease their legacies shall be divided equally among the remaining legatees. share and shared alike. And I do here disannul, revoke and abolish all other Wills heretofore made by me, and declare, ordain and appoint this and no other to be my last Will and Testament, and further I appoint John Otterson of Carrowdore and my Son William Menagh of Grangee as Executors of this my last Will and Testament. In Witness of which I do hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Fifty nine John Menagh
