Present the Honorable James Pitot

On motion of John Nixon Esq. attorney declining to accept the appointment of the Court order date of the 29th of August last on the ground that there is no law authorizing the same it is ordered by the court that he be discharged and that copies of the petition and answer with citation be served by the sheriff of the Parish of St. Helena on Pressley Stephenson alleged by the defendant’s answer and call in warranty to reside within that parish, and that the said sheriff do make return thereof to this court with all convenient dispatch.
