John Throne (1633-1715)

In the name of God Amen I John Throne the Elder of Hatherne in the County of Leicester Yeoman Do this present 10th day of November 1715 make this my last Will and Testamts. Herebby Revoking all former Wills By me at any time made And first & Commend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator and saviour and for my worldly Estate & Dispose thereof as followeth. I Give and Bequeath to my Sonne Jos. Throne of Thorpe Acre the sume of Ten pounds To my Daughter Eliz: the wife of John Thurman of Coulson Bassett the sume of Ten pounds To Thos. Storer and Jos Storer Sonnes of my Daughter Rachell Whitmore of Colerton the Sume of five pounds a pene the said severall sumes above Mentioned to be paid by my Executor hereafter named some time within two years after my Demise as he can with most Convenience Raise the money unless he shall think fit to pay any of the said Legarys Sooner All the rest and residue of my personal Estate. whatsoever I Give and Bequeath To my Sonne Thos. Throne of Hatherne aforesaid Yeoman and Do hereby make him full and sole Exerator of this my Will. I Also Give so my Daughter Rachael Whitmore The sume of Twenty Shillings.
