At a County court began and held for Union county at the Courthouse in Morganfield on the 16th day of December 1833 This last will and testament of John W R Delany Deceased was produced in Court by the executor therein named and proven as such by the oaths of Henry Gale and John Gale the of two subscribing witnesses thereto and by the court ordered to be recorded
And on the motion of Doratha Ann Delany the Executrix therein name who together with Willis F. Delany & Burdet C Ray her securities executed and acknowledged bond in the penalty of two thousand Dollars conditioned as the law directs a certificate is granted her for obtaining a probate thereof in due form of
