These are my stuck points on early Jones' history in Wilson County (or what became Wilson County) Tennessee.
1. Who are Edward Jones' (1800-1873) parents? His census data and family lore says born in Tennessee...but where in Tennessee?
2. When did Edward's parents come to Tennessee? Where did they begin their journey to Tennessee and why?
3. Early Wilson county shows an Edward and a Richard, both born 1800. Are these two kin? If so, how?
