Trying to track down [[Harris-58237|Joseph Harris] From his Marriage Certificate we have an approx birth date of 1828 and his father's name John.

Only other record is his stepdaughter Elizabeth being married at his residence .

Was part of the Cornish copper mining community in Kadina South Australia, from at least 1874. These mines went bad in the 1880s.

I have no definitive birth record. as the names are too common I have no definitive death record. Wife, surviving son and daughter all ended up in Western Australia at the Kalgoorlie Goldfields. Others from the community ended up at mines in Newcastle NSW, Queensland, and Broken Hill, and possibly other places (Bendigo?)
