DECEMBER 23.-Wanderer, brig, 140 tons, Captain Ronea, from, Melbourne 17th instant. Passengers-Mr. and Mrs. Hays and 2 children, and 4 in the steerage. H. Clarke, agent.

December 23.-Kate, ship, 900 tons, Captain Davidson, from Plymouth 6th September. Passengers-Dr. C A'Becke, Mrs A'Becke and 2 children, Mrs. McDonald, and 312 immigrants. Gilchrist, Watt, and Co., agents.

The Kate arrived from Plymouth last night, after a passage of 108 days; she has brought 312 emigrants, consisting of 49 married couples, 105 single men, 62 single women, and 47 children. Five births and two deaths occurred on the voyage. One of the deaths was caused by the falling of a sailor from the rigging to the deck, the other from typhus fever on the 19th instant
