Surname/tag: Kenealy
There are many Kenealy's who made the newspapers, yet nobody seems to have recorded them in Genealogy files. Mel Kenealy a motor racing driver from California, up to the 1930's. Michael Kenealy from Stamford who was in the House of Representatives from 1890 to 1912. James Kenealy, a weather forecaster in Cleveland from 1852 to 1912. He had a daughter, Amy. There were two sea Captains, one from Nova Scotia and the second from California. I thought at one time that these reports referred to my Great-Uncle Ahmed John K, who had a Mates ticket, but the timing was not right, the Nova Scotia captain was active when A.J. was only 16 and the California one was there while A.J. was working on the East coast. Another West Coast Kenealy ran the Baseball team, the Kenealy Seals. I am puzzled that none of their descendants have felt the need to record these people who were achievers?
