Killean and Kilchenzie is a coastal parish, which lies in Argyll and Bute Council Area, some 11 miles (17 km) north of Campbeltown in Argyll and Bute and 19 miles (31 km) west of Brodick in North Ayrshire.

It was sometimes known as Killean, Kilchenzie, and Kilmalrubh parish.

It is located in the old county of Argyllshire, which disappeared following the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1974.

The parish has an area of 172.2 sq. km (66.5 sq. miles). Killean and Kilchenzie has Campbeltown, Kilcalmonell and Saddell & Skipness as its neighbouring parishes.
