Blair County Genealogical Socitety has no indexed information online. Apparently the work to catalog these items requires a visit to the their library or engaging research by them at $20/hour.
Research Notes
Still need to record the rest of the Slippy entries, and located possible Kephart/Gaphart deeds. Left off here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS41-GGVD?i=583&cat=229732
Does surname Clapper also appear as Klapper. See the 1794 misc. deed in index, FamilySearch
