FamilySearch Wiki, "Land records in Blair County began in 1846. These records are filed with the Register of Wills and Recorder of Deeds office in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Blair County Genealogical Society holds the original deed books from 1846-?. (The most recent deed books are at the courthouse.)"

Blair County Genealogical Socitety has no indexed information online. Apparently the work to catalog these items requires a visit to the their library or engaging research by them at $20/hour.
