The Lake Grace Cemetery is located 2.5 kilometres west of the Lake Grace town site on the Lake Grace-Dumbleyung Rd.
In recent years a comprehensive restoration project has been completed due to damaged sustained from the January 2006 flood. This was with assistance from Lotterywest and included new numbered plot markers for all graves, grave markers for unmarked graves, improved entry road and parking facilities, new seating, installation of a gazebo, erection of a sheltered outdoor service facility, an eco toilet, water tank, upgraded pathways and landscaping.
This cemetery is maintained and managed by the Shire of Lake Grace.
