On motion of Esq Grayson Sec by Esq Alley the Election of workhouse Commissioners was reconsidered On motion of Esq Grayson Sec by Esq Alley the order declaring the fail a work house is here by repealed by the following vote. On motion of Esq Granicher all accounts presented to this Court where there is a fee prescribed by law are hereby refered to the Co Judge for payment if correct

On motion of Esq Tate Sec by Esq Gott the Court appropriated Six thousand dollars for the ensuing Six Months for Co purposes and the Co Judge is autherized[sic] to issue County warrants for the above amts.

On motion of Esq Patton Sec by Esq Tate it is ordered that David Chaudoin is hereby released from paying Co privlige[sic] to peddle

On motion of Esq Tate sec by Esq Long the petition of S W Roulston and Wm Patton asking for a voting place to be established at the Deptford Street Car Stable or near the same Said petition is granted and the voting place is hereby established

On motion of M F Thach sec by Esq Nunley the Co Judge is autherized[sic] to purchase a Safe for his office subject to the approval of this Court

On motion of G W Alley Seconded by John Barker. It is ordered by the Court that all County Convicts and workhouse prisoners be kept in the Count Jail and that they be subject to the controll[sic] of the Judge of the County Court and the Sheriff of Marion County. And that they be worked on the County roads under suitable guards and overseers to be selected by the Judge of the County. And that they be worked at such points and places as the Judge direct. And the Judge of the County Court may in his discretion let and hire said Convicts to any other County if he deem it to the best interest of the County.

Gentlemen of the Court of Marion County in compliance with the law I tender you herewith my Report as financial agent of the county together with the Finance committee Report which is approved by me and made afont[illegible] there of the financial committee as well as my self fond it a very difficult matter to make a correct and inteligen[sic] Report there seems to have been no Settlements made for the year 1892 + 1893   hence the corse[illegible]
