Surname/tag: Garrigues Know all men by these presents that we Francis Garrigus of Blochey Township Husband of Mary Garrigus Decead, Isaac Garrigus of the City of Philad, Cooper & Sam Garrigus of hte same place Barber are helt firmly bound unto Wm Plumsted Esq Reg Gen for ye probate of Wills & Granting of Letters of Admin for ye Provence of Pennsylvania the Sum of Two Thousand pounds lawful money of ye Province to be paid to ye Reg Gen his Certain Attn Executors Adm or ass to which payment will truly to be made & done We [hole in paper] our [hole] our [hole] whole firmly by thse presents sealed with our seals dated 12th of October --- One thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Seven.

The Condition of this obligation is such that if the above bondee Francis Garrigus --- Adminstrator of all & Singular the good Chattels Rights & Credits which were of yes Francis Garrigus or into the Hands Possession or Knowledge of any other person or persons for him the same so made a Exhibit or Cause to be exhibited into the Reg Gen Off of Philad at or before the 12th day of November [unreadable] Rights & Credits which were of yes deced at the time of her Death or at any time hereafter shall come to ye Hands or possession of thes Francis Garrigus --- or of any other person or persons for him to well & truly administer according to law & further do make or cause to be made a true & just acct. calcluation of reckoning of yes adm ator before 13th day of October anno 1758 & all the rest and residue of yes goods Chattels Rights & Credits which shall be found remaining upon thes Adminstrators Acct the same being first examined & allowed of by the Orphans court of the COunty of Phila [illeg] Deliver & pay to such person or persons respectively as thes court by its decree or sentence whall limit & appoint if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will or Testamt was made by thes Deced & ye Ex or Ex's therein name d do exhibit the same into ye same office making request to have it allowed and approved of accordingly if ye Francis Garrigus --- being until requred do tender deliver up yes letres of Adm approt of the Test being first hand & made in the said office then thereabove obligation to be [hole] or [illeg] to be remain in full force & virtue ----
