Introduction
This is a collection of items passed down from Mary Louise Miller (1918-2005) of Rochester, Minnesota and New Haven, Iowa. As noted and extrapolated from her obituary [1], she never married or had children, but she "always felt a close attachment to her many nieces and nephews" and "she enjoyed sewing, knitting, and family genealogy." As far as I know, this may be one of the main avenues for her interest in her family's genealogy to live on. She was my great aunt.
This collection exists in a small cardboard box. It was previously in the possession of my father Donald Meirick in his closet until he passed away in October 2022. It now resides with Jane (Meirick) Nelson.
