• Died unknown date (one report he died in 1806 but no source, and seems highly unlikely)

• Married Mary Green Tucker (1795-1869)
• Marriage of Miles Scarborough and Mary G. Tucker on 31 May 1825 in Jasper County, Georgia
• Mary was born and married in Georgia, but died in Todd County, Kentucky. Several of her children also moved to and died in Todd County Kentucky
• Bare 4 children, probably all in Meriwether, Georgia
