Hi Shirley,

If you look up the difference between Julian and Gregorian calendars you will find that this will was proved in 1654 and is often reported as 1653/4 to avoid confusion. This means the document was dated Julian 1653 but today is reported as Gregorian 1654. I would really prefer to have the transcript that I have worked on included in the profile rather than a link, if you don't mind. Thanks

Hi there, The only reason I posted the Will transcription to a FSP is that the recommendations / guide for Transcription of a Will on Wikitree say "If the will is very short (fewer than ten lines) it can be transcribed directly onto the person's profile page. Longer than this, make a dedicated Free Space Profile (FSP) for it.".[1] . This will is twice as long as recommended for a Wikitree Profile.
