For scenario 2, we could use the Marie Duffenay case Duffney-4. She should be presumed to be in one haplogroup, but she is instead confirmed to be in another. Any sister lines absent from my charts can be used for presumed.

Joseph-48 - Esther Bellard has trangulated DNA and two possible native ancestors. With the correct mother line she shares segments with the Unknown mother of Cecile Joseph, not with Christine Aubois.

From Denis: There is another non-maternal event in Celeste Matte's line, one descendant has an african signature. But that is another matter alltogether. What matters here, is that Esther Bellard is triangulated A2f1a, same as Edmée Joseph (according to White and the Catalogue, although the latter still has the children under Jeanne Lejeune. But it doesn't matter to the triangulation of Edmée & Cécile Joseph.

We can tell the Joseph signature apart from the Marie Aubois one:

- Joseph has mutation: T15850C + the «f1a» subgroup below A2.
- Aubois has mutation: A1244G, A12996
