- Edith Squire Wife of;[1] Henry Adams is best known as the great great grandfather of 2nd US president John Adams, and great great great grandfather of 6th US president John Quincy Adams.

- Dea Richard Butler (1610-1684) born at Braintree, Essex, England. Immigrated on the ship 'Hector' in 1633 with his probable 1st wife and brother William to Cambridge, Hartford, Conn

- Wm Dyer II (1609-1677) [3]born at Kirby Lathrope, Lincolnshire, England; [PP] M. Mary Barrett Immigrated in 1635 with wife to Boston, then to Portsmouth and Newport. His wife Mary Dyer was hanged in Boston for her religious beliefs. [4]

- Mary Barrett Immigrated in 1635 with wife to Boston, then to Portsmouth and Newport. Mary Dyer was hanged in Boston for her religious beliefs. [5]

- Thomas Hopkins (1616-1684) born in Ilchester, Somerset, England. Immigrated in 1640 with his uncle and older sister's family to Providence and then to Oyster Bay, Long Island. [10]; Thomas Hopkins was the great grandfather of Rhode Island Governor Stephen Hopkins, signer of the Declaration of Independence, and of Eseck Hopkins, the first Commander-in-Chief of the American Navy.

- Wm Hutchinson (1586-1641) born at Alford, Lincolnshire, England; Immigrated with his family in 1634 on the ship 'Griffin' to Boston and later to Portsmouth. Was a Chief Magistrate for Rhode Island;
- Anne (Marbury) Hutchinson (1591–1643) was a Puritan woman, spiritual adviser, mother of 15, noted for her strong religious convictions, and for her stand against the staunch religious orthodoxy of 17th century Massachusetts. She was an important participant in the Antinomian Controversy that shook the infant Massachusetts Bay Colony from 1636 to 1638.
- Edward Hutchinson (1613-1675), born at Alford, Lincolnshire; [10] Immigrated in 1633 to Boston, and Portsmouth one year before his father Wm. Returned to England in 1636 to marry his wife. Died in King Philip's war

- Capt John Peabody (1587-1667) born at St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England. Immigrated in 1637 to Duxbury.
- Isabel Harper Isabel Harper was born about 1594, probably in England. She is probably the daughter of Thomas Harper. She seems to have married # # Lt. Francis Pabodie (1614-1698) An abstract of John's will shows that in 1649 his wife was Isabel, his children were Thomas, Francis, William, and Annis Rouse, and two grandsons named John.

- Issac Stearns (1596-1671) born at Stoke by Nayland, Sudbury, Suffolk, England; Immigrated in 1630 to Watertown.
- Mary Barker (1604-1677) On 23 May 1665 "Goodwife Stearns Senior" was one of several Watertown residents warned to town meeting to answer for not "attending their seats in the meetinghouse appointed them by the town"
- Stone-351 Rev Samuel Stone, (1602-1663) born at Hertford, Hertfordshire, England; He immigrated in 1633 on the ship 'Griffin' to Cambridge and then to Hartford. One of the original founders of Hartford, Ct. [12]

- Rebecca Clark She is known for being the first public school teacher in America. Rebecca Clarke was born in England before her baptism in Wramplingham, Norfolk August 26, 1610.
- Thomas Wight (1607-1674) born at Hareby, Lincolnshire, England. Immigrated with family in 1637 and settled in Dedham and the Medfield.
- Rev John Wilson (1588-1667) born at Windsor, Berkshire, England. Immigrated in 1630 with John Wintrop's fleet. Settled in Boston and was appointed minister of the First Church of Boston. He is most noted for being a minister at odds with Anne Hutchinson during the Antinomian Controversy from 1636 to 1638, and for being an attending minister during the execution of Mary Dyer in 1660.
