The Nepaul, which arrived on Thursday, from Liverpool, has had a fair passage. She brings 261 adults, 67 children under 14 years, and 14 infants. 7 births, and 1 death (an adult), occurred on the passage, and also an unfortunate accident by which J. Ross, one of the passengers, fell overboard and was drowned. The ship, although going 12 knots at the time, was rounded to and the life buoy and boat lowered immediately, without being able to save him. The immigrants have enjoyed excellent health, and the ship is remarkably clean and comfortable. - March 16
