Communication

• What should be the main means of discussion? Kiwi Crew Discord? Google groups? G2G?
• Should the NZP 'team' come up with proposals and should they then be taken to G2G for announcement/ratification?
• Monthly newsletter in G2G?
• Should all other NZP members be invited to the KC Discord server?

Project Teams

• What is the purpose of teams?
• Which teams does the project really need?
• What is the role of the team leader?
• Does every member need to be in a team?
• How does the project get rid of the multiple pages that show team members etc. so the only page is the one attached to the project page?

The New Zealand Project Account

• How should this be used? What is its purpose?
• Is it appropriate/required for cemetery free space mages to be managed by the project? Resolved? Free space pages don’t need to be managed if connected??

NZ Notables

• See this discussion.
• Do we want a Notables team?
• Who is managing NZ notables? Is there are difference between living and dead notables?
• Should the NZP take back its PP/locked notables? Do we even know who they are?
• Which profiles, if any should the NZP manage? (Völkner and Mokomoko added recently)

Women's Suffrage

• There is a sticker and a category. How are each used? Should they have different purposes?

Aotearoa

• Should we use Aotearoa on profiles of Māori born pre-1840? Or something else? https://www.newsroom.co.nz/aotearoa-whats-in-a-name

Policy and Purpose of Maintenance Categories

• Should a Needs Record category be used when a thorough search has been done for an NZBDM record but none has been found?
• Do we need another category to identify profiles with missing records?
• The Brick Wall category - is this the appropriate category for those profiles we cannot adequately source or complete because there is either no records or no information?
• Add or improve guidelines to each of the maintenance pages.
