Voyage Report

The ship Nimroud arrived in Port Jackson from Gravesend and the Downs with all cabin and intermediate passengers reported to be in perfect health. There was reported to be only one death and one birth on the voyage.
74 of the immigrants on the ship were under Mrs. Chisolm's system of immigration.
The length of the voyage was reported to be due to calms and remarkably light SE trade winds, and the ship had to sail south of Van Dieman's Land (Tasmania) due to the easterly weather.
Nimroud reported no contacts with other colonial shipping.[1]
