PROPERTY and Early People William Nisbett (1596–1660) entered Swedish service in 1627 (Bergström) after employment in Scotland, Holland and Ireland. Through his marriages, Nisbett came into possession of several farms in both Uppland and Östergötland, of which he lived in Sundby in Funbo, Uppsala.
