1.Once your study has been created, go to the main study category and click the "edit" link

2. This will open the edit screen for the category, scroll to the bottom of the page to get to the list of templates associated with the category. There should be a red link to create a new space page, click on this

3. The title is good to go, now just enter into the Text/description field the following code (change YourStudyImage.jpg to the filename of your study image):

4. Click the button to save your changes and you're done!
