'Information The old Baptist Chapel was given to Caxton by Samuel Fordham in 1845. There is a plaque mounted on a wall in black and white commemorating the Founder who lived 1793 - 1876, Before Samuel founded this building, meetings were held in the Red lion Pub. The building is now a grade II listed building and presently on the market. It has a small grave yard with chapel people buried there.
