Given William's date of birth as 1763 on his burial record, that would make him the son of Richard and Elizabeth. There don't seem to be any burials in Foxton.[14] William, son of Richard Pechey and Elizabeth, was baptised on 9 March 1763 in Soham, Cambridgeshire, England.[15] He married Sophia Fuller on 13 Jun 1787 in Meldreth.[16]
