IN the Insolvent Estate of Peter Frayne, of Dunolly, in the colony of Victoria, Publican. -
Whereas the estate of Peter Frayne, of Dunolly, in the Colony of Victoria, Publican, was on the 20th day of April, AD. 1860, placed under sequestration in my hands by order of his Honor Sir William Foster Stawell, Knight, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the colony of Victoria, and who by further order under his hand did appoint Alexander Laing, Esquire, of Melbourne, one of the official assignee of insolvent estates, to be the official assignee of and for this estate; I hereby appoint a public meeting of the creditors of the said insolvent to be holden before me at my office, Supreme Court House, Latrobe street, Melbourne, on Wednesday, the 16th day of May next, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for proof of debts ; and another public meeting will be holden before me at the same place, on Wednesday, the 30th day of May next, at the hour of one o'clock in the afternoon, for the like purpose, and if the creditors think fit to select an assignee of their own choice to act with the official assignee.

Maryborough and Dunolly Advertiser, Victoria, Fri 8 June 1860[2]

IN THE INSOLVENT ESTATE OF PETER FRAYNE, OF DUNOLLY, LICENSED VICTUALLER.
NOTICE.—All Creditors who intend to claim on this Estate must transmit to the Official Assignee, within fourteen days from date hereof as account of such claim, accompanied by the usual "Affidavit of Debt," or attend the Third Meeting, at the Supreme Court House, Melbourne, on the 29th June instant, as immediately thereafter a Dividend will be declared.

The Argus, Melbourne, Wed 20 June 1860[3]

IN the INSOLVENT ESTATE of PETER FRAYNE, of Dunolly, in the Colony of Victoria, Publican - Alexander Laing, Esq, of Melbourne, being the Official Assignee appointed for the estate and effects of Peter Frayne, the above-named insolvent, notice is hereby given, that all debts due to the estate are to be paid to him, the said Official Assignee, and that the THIRD PUBLIC MEETING of the CREDITORS of the said insolvent will be holden before me, at my office, Supreme Court House, La Trobe-street, Melbourne, on Friday, tho twenty-ninth day of June inst, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for proof of debts, to receive the report of the Official Assignee as to the condition of the said estate, and to give him directions as to the future management thereof.

IN the INSOLVENT ESTATE of PETER FRAYNE, of Dunolly, in the Colony of Victoria, Publican. Notice is hereby given, that on ACCOUNT and PLAN of DISTRIBUTION of available ASSETS is the above estate now lies at the office of the Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates for the colony of Victoria, at the Supreme Court House, La Trobe-street, Melbourne, for the inspection of the creditors thereof, and that any creditor or other person interested therein objecting to the same must lodge a caveat, stating the grounds of such objection, at the office of the said Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates, within sixteen days from the date hereof.

In the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria — Insolvency Jurisdiction.— In the matter of the Insolvency of Peter Frayne, of Dunolly in the Colony of Victoria, Hotelkeeper. — Notice is hereby given, that the above-named insolvent intends to apply to the Chief Commissioner of Insolvent Estates for the colony of Victoria, on Monday, the third day of June next, at the hour of eleven of the-clock in the forenoon, that a certificate of discharge from his debts and liabilities, under the Act of Council, 7 Victoria, number 19, be granted to him.
Dated this twenty-sixth day of April, A.D. 1861.
