Carl August Pittack b.1819, Pottsdam Brandenburg, Germany, d. 1894 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, married first wife: Charotte Henrietta Dorothea Matthes (b.1823-d.1855) in 1843 in Germany , married second wife, Dorethea Maria Ninneman (b.1831-d.1908) on 5Jun1856 in Germany. These are my 2nd great grandparents.
