I'm confused...

The Beacall Pedigree file says...

William Bewcoll = Alice
of Shrewsbury, 1430.


Maybe that's the year they were married, because my other source says ...

"198656. WILLIAM BEUCOL married ALICE -?. 1430: living in Shrewsbury; 6 Sep 1437: appointed as one of 25 jurors to elect town officials of Shrewsbury; presumed descended from the family of JOHN BEUCOL, taxed 1332/3, of GREAT NESS, co. Salop [JBP], who was perhaps identical with JB of PICKERING, Yorks. North Riding, taxed 1327. WILLIAM BEUCOL of LUND, Yorks. East Riding, was taxed 1301/2. The Beucols probably in service to the L'Estrange family, which would explain the link between Yorkshire and Shropshire, in both of which counties they had estates."
