In the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria In its Probate Jurisdiction In the Will and Codicil of George Hill late of Falconer Street North Fitgrey in the Colony of Victoria Gentleman deceased. I Charles Hart of Chancery Lane Melbourn in the Colony of Victoria Law Clerk make oath and say- 1. That the following advertisement duly appeared in the Argus Newspaper published in Melbourne on the 18th day of April 1889 namely Notice is hereby given that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction that Probate of the last Will and Codicil of George Hill late of Falconer Street North Fitzroy in the Colony of Victoria Gentlemean deceaased. May be granted to William Henry Roberts and James Ratu Thompson both of Chancery Lane Melbourne Solicitors the Executors named in and appointed by the said Will Dated this 17th day of April 1891 Pentland Roberts and Thompson 467 and 469 Chancery Lane Melbourn Rectois for the applicants. 2. That I have searched and find that no Will of the above-named deceased is deposited in the office of the Registrar-General. 3. That I have this day searched in the proper office of this Honourable Court and find that no caveat is loged in this matter. That the following advertisement duly appeared in the “Hearld” Newspaper published in Melbourne on the eighteenth day of Marche One thousand eight hundred and ninety one namely “ Notice is hereby given that after the expiration of 4 days from the publication hereof application will be made to the Supreme Court of the Colony of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction that Letters of administration of the Estate of William Heggie late of Talbot in th esaid Colony Enginner deceased Intestate may be granted to Helen Heggie of Talbot aforesaid widow of the said deceased Dated the 7th day of March 1891 Williams and Matthew 418 Little Collins Street Melborne Victoria for the applicants 2. That I have since the date of the death of the above named deceased serached in the office of the Registrar General of the Colony of Victoria and find that no will of the said deceased is deposited there.-
