The 50 Passengers of the Purysburg

History

The 50 individuals listed below made up the first out of fourTransport Ships of the "Salzburgers".

These settlers left Salzburg, Austria bound for Savannah and then the Wrightsborough Settlement in the Province of Georgia. It was a two month trip across the Atlantic Ocean to escape religious persecution in their native country of Salzburg, presently known as Austria.
