These images—primarily designed to be used for babies and children (which doesn't mean you must limit the use to babies and children; you don't)—have all been created by me (either from scratch, or by digitally manipulating an image (or images) from the Public Domain
).
If you enjoy what I have done, feel free to use any of them. (Note that some of the Primary images have "matching" Background images. That doesn't mean you have to use the two together, just that I created the background to match the primary in some cases.)

Divider Bars and Other Things
These images come in various sizes. When applying them to profiles, you will need to decide what size fits best for your purposes. As a general rule, it is not a good idea to go larger than the actual image size, as that tends to "fuzz" the clarity. Going smaller, as is done here to showcase them, is always ok.

Divider Bars in Pairs
Just because I created these to use as "upper" and "lower" dividers, does not mean they have to be used that way. I have used a single upper, multiple times, in one profile; and a single lower in the same way in a different profile. They are paired here because that's how I created them. Usage is up to you. :)
Also, as with the above divider bars, the size as shown here is smaller than the actual and all images will need to be resized to fit your own purpose.
