-https://www.paulridenour.com/ridfam.htm - This link will take you to a site of someone who has done extensive research on this family.

-https://www.angelfire.com/journal2/skylarks/page55.html - Also this link will take you to some interesting information. -The book "Know your relatives: The Sharps, gibbs, Graves, Efland, Albright, Loy, Miller, Snodderly, Tillman, and other related families" by Genevieve E. Peters is available on familysearch.org here: http://www.familysearch.org/library/books/idurl/1/103432. -There are also several other books containing information regarding the Ridenour family on Family Search. Another great resource is a book written by Melvin Otho Ridenour, "A Ridenour collection from 893 AD to 1992 AD: family group/history data": http://www.familysearch.org/library/books/idurl/1/295253. -I'd be willing to help link the Ridenour's on wikitree to this one name study in my spare time. I currently host a One Name Study on Wikitree for the Schnatterly family which has ties to the Ridenour's, so some information can be found there as well. Although the Ridenour's lineage is quite tangled, it would help to have a central location for researchers to go to collaborate such as this wikitree one name study. -I believe I can confidently trace my Ridenour ancestor's back to Johan "John" Reidenauer (1768-1855) and his wife Sarah "Sally" Coffman (1776-1865) based on the paper trail and DNA links on Ancestry.
