This is an affidavit presented by Joseph Jordan Brown and shown as page 14 in the Revolutionary War Pension Application of his father, Richard Brown. According to Joseph's deposition it is accurate and in his father's handwriting. It is a family record of Richard Brown b 1756, his wife, Sarah (Biggers) Brown b 1774 and their children.
