The Voyage of the Immigrant Ship Robert Henderson to the South Australian Colony in 1849

THE "ROBERT HENDERSON," "ASIATIC," "HARTLEY," AND "HARRY LORREQUER," FROM ENGLAND from the Adelaide Times (SA : 1848 - 1858) of Thursday the 27th of December 1849. Page 3. [1]

THE "ROBERT HENDERSON," "ASIATIC," " HARTLEY," AND " HARRY LORREQUER," FROM ENGLAND.

All the above-named vessels arrived yesterday from London and Plymouth.

The Robert Henderson left London on the 16th of August, and brings fifteen passengers.

The Asiatic left London on the 4th of September, and brings one hundred and fifty-two passengers.

The Harpley left on the 21st of Sep tember, and brings one hundred and sixty passengers.

And the Harry Lorrequer left on the 22nd of September, and brings three hundred and fifty-five passengers.

This, exclusive of colonial arrivals, makes an addition in one day of no less than six hundred and eighty two souls to our colonial population.
