Roundhead is an unincorporated community in southeastern Roundhead Township, Hardin County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 43346. The town is located on an old Wyandot Village and is named after a local chief, Roundhead.

The first settler of this township was Samuel Tidd, a native of Pennsylvania, who settled on Section 21, in February, 1822, where he died March 8, 1851. Next came the Widow Richey from Pennsylvania with her two sons, Samuel and Andrew. William and Jane Given were early settlers from Maryland. Brothers Jesse and Joseph W. Bowdle were also out of Maryland.
