Russian stickers

For profiles with significant historic relevance to Russian, the Russian Project template should be added and the project made a profile manager:

For other profiles that are part of Russia or Russian history but don't quite rate project management, we can use the Migrating Ancestor or the Nonmigrating Ancestor sticker templates to notate a Russian connection.

There really is no limit to the combinations that can be used to show a Russian influence for your profile; by varying the "addinfo= " input, you can create any number of Russian stickers. Some other ideas:

• "Was born in Russia"
• "Died in Russia"
• "Served in the Russian Army during WWII"
• "Was married in Russia"
