There seems to be animosity between the Payne and Saylor families of Lee, VA/Harlan, KY at the turn of the last century. I would like to get a better understanding of Joe Dude Saylors death. The truth seems obscured. Was there a Saylor/Payne Feud? What was the Saylor/Payne Feud about? I have my hunches
