Originally referred to as Crosby Catholic Cemetery, Sacred Heart Cemetery is located on a plot of land with two other cemeteries; Chapel of the Pines Cemetery and Saint Martin de Porres Cemetery. This plot of land is located within the boundaries of Barrett Station (Barrett CDP, Harris County, Texas).
The boundaries of the cemeteries are well defined; separated by the roads that run through the property. The property, and the collection of cemeteries within it, is now known as Barrett Station Evergreen Cemetery, or simple Evergreen Cemetery; however, the individual cemeteries remain.
