The voyage of the Immigrant ship Salem to Victoria in 1854
The ship "SALEM" of 957 tons arrived in the Victorian Colony on the 28th of February 1854. Master: Thomas CUNNINGHAM. She had sailed from Liverpool on 7th December, 1853, with 152 passengers. Dr. Stephen Donegan Surgeon-superintendent. (3 infants died on this voyage)
