SHIPPING INTELLIGENCE.

ARRIVAL.

August 14.-Sarah, barque, 729 tons, Captain Aymers, from Plymouth the 19th April. Passengers Mrs Aymers, R. S. Jeffs, M.D., Surgeon Superintendent, and 269 emi-grants.

News report on an unsuccessful court case brought by 20 crew members of the Sarah against its master, Captain Aymers, and a subsequent criminal court case against 16 of the crew which resulted in imprisonment for ten weeks.
