The Baronetcy of Glenorchy was created on 29 May 1625 for Sir Duncan Campbell, also known as Black Duncan, in Perthshire. He was succeeded by his son, Colin.

The second Baronet was Sir Colin Campbell, who married, but had no children. He was succeeded by his brother, Robert.

The third Baronet was Sir Robert Campbell, son of Duncan Campbell. He was succeeded by his son, John.

The fourth Baronet was Sir John Campbell (1615-1670), son of Robert Campbell. He was succeeded by his son, John.

The fifth Baronet was Sir John Campbell (1635-1717), son of John Campbell (1615-1670). He became Earl of Breadalbane and Holland in 1681.
