The Baronetcy of Valleyfield, was created by Charles I in the Baronetage of Nova Scotia in 1636/37 for Master George Preston fear of Valafield.
The Baronetcy became dormant in 1873 when the ninth Baronet, Sir Henry Lindsay Preston, died unmarried.
