47. (from Greg Slade) I have any number of brick walls that I'd like to see broken down, but my brick wall ancestor who was born most recently was Margaret (Crozier) Waddell, so if you can find any of her parents and siblings, I promise to stop procrastinating. Any day now.

Profiles created or modified follow. Note that in many cases, profiles were created for wives, parents and grandparents, maybe further. Elf Pat and I (Elf Michael) reported our work a little differently. In both cases, we listed the memorial person (military dead or civilian war casualty) in bold type. Pat listed all the additional related profiles in plain type. I just made a note as to the other profiles I made or connected to. Working on the parents and grandparents was fruitful because I discovered some of the military dead were related. I wouldn't have know that otherwise. Elf Pat had to quit on New Year's Eve due to a computer crash. We wish we could have done more for your wish to honor these heroes, but it's a start, but not even a dent, really. My other regret is that the vast majority of these are not part of The Great Tree. I would have loved to see more connected up. At least with the profiles I created, I listed all the children that I could find. It's entirely possible, that if someone did WT searches on these children, they might find connections to existing WT profiles and thereby get the entire branch connected to The Great Tree.
