Deed Transcription

This indenture made and entered into this 5th day of December 1891 between John H. Wall and Ida L. Wall his wife of the first part Sidney Harris (colored) of the second part Witnessith that said first party for and in consideration of Fifty dollars cash in hand paid here ?fsted for and Twenty dollars to be paid hereafter with interest Hath sold and by these presents do convey unto said Harris a certain lot or parcel of ground lying in Walls addition to Morganfield in Union County, Ky Described as follows beginning at a stake in Taylors line in the King road and corner to Frank Holt thence with his line S56°50’ E 237-1/2 feet to a stake in line of Mary Taylor thence N 33°10’ E 68-66/100 feet thence N 56°50’ W 237-1/2 feet to a stake in Taylors line on said road thence with said line & Road S33°10’ W 68-64/100 feet to the beginning containing 3/8 of an acre by survey of J B Riddle. To have and to hold the same together with all appurtenances thento belonging unto said Sidney Harris his heirs and assigns forever with covenant of general warranty. In testimony whereof said Wall and wife waving all title and claim including dower and homestead have hereto set their hands day and date first herein written.
