At a County Court holden for Union County at the Courthose in Morganfield on the 20th day of August 1849- this Inventory and appraisement of the estate of Reuben Berry deceased was returned into Court by the Commissioners and was by the Court ordered to be recorded which was done accordingly – Att James R.
