  • "to George W. Trent and Fugera his wife also a daughter of the marriage aforesaid one negro girl slave named Amanda of the value of four hundred and fifty dollars"
  • "to Thomas Bolton & Susan S. his wife also a daughter of said marriage one female slave named Peggy of the value of Four hundred and fifty dollars."

"To be divided among Elisha D. Waller, William S. Waller, John P. Waller, Wilson Oliver and Nancy A. his wife, George W. Trent in right of his deceased wife Fuqua Trent, Thomas Bolton and Susan S. his wife, in such manner as will give to each one an equal proportion in value of said slaves ... according to the value affixed to each one by me ... the following four remaining slaves belonging to the estate of the aforesaid Pleasant Waller at his death to wit":
