"In August 1807, Sally Ridley's part of the Negroe property to which she was entitled from her father's estate (consisted of)

• Simon about sixty years of age,
• Dolley about 13 years,
• 1 child 2 years,
• 1 child since quits of arms,
• Essex about 13 years,
• Milly about 10 or 11,
• Sabina whom she claims from the estate of her grandmother Mrs. Williams about 11 or 12 years......"^[4]

• 1813: Frank N.W. Burton hired Essex £10.11.0.
• 1813: Lewelley Mingay hired Sabina £6.1.0.
