- Frankie, a girl, purchaser not named, but might be Jesse Swaim above, for $260
- Betsy, a girl, purchased by Peter Clodfelter for $300
- Martha, a girl, purchased by John W. Lindsay for $314
- Nance, a girl, purchased by John Canada for $320
- James, a man, with his wife Melia (or Midia) and their child Peggy, purchased by Wm. McCrary for $205
- Maria, a girl, purchased by Henry Clodfelter for $100
- Betsy, a girl, purchased by Henry Clodfelter for $90.50
- Elizabeth, a woman, purchased by Daniel Clodfelter for $3.50
- "Two old negroes past labour let out to the lowest bidder to keep clothed and feed [sic] for 1 year from the 11th day of April 1828."
- Morris, purchased by Peter Clodfelter for $24 (a later list indicates he was 80 years old)
- Jack, purchased by the widow Elizabeth Waggoner for $20 (a later list indicates he was 80 years old)
